Holiday Package Terms and Conditions
1. Package Structure
Holiday packages may include flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, or activities.
Each component of the package is governed by its respective supplier’s terms and conditions.
2. Pricing & Payment
Package prices are dynamic and subject to availability at the time of booking.
Partial or full payment may be required to confirm a booking.
3. Non-Refundable Components
Certain components such as flights, hotels, visas, activities, or special promotional fares may be non-refundable even if the overall package is cancelled.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges depend on:
- Time of cancellation
- Supplier-specific policies
- Services already confirmed or utilized
In some cases, cancellation may attract up to 100% charges.
5. Changes & Amendments
Date changes, name corrections, or itinerary amendments may result in additional charges and fare differences as determined by suppliers.
6. Travel Documents
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Valid passports and visas
- Health and vaccination requirements
- Immigration and entry compliance
No refunds will be issued for denial of travel due to documentation or compliance issues.
7. Itinerary Changes
Itineraries may be modified due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or supplier constraints.
Such changes do not entitle customers to refunds.
8. Unused Services
No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed activities, or early departure from the package itinerary.
9. Liability Limitation
eBookingsDesk is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or failures caused by third-party suppliers.
10. Force Majeure
eBookingsDesk shall not be held responsible for events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government actions, or pandemics.
11. Acceptance
Confirmation of a holiday package booking constitutes full acceptance of these terms and the conditions of all involved suppliers.
eBookingsDesk acts solely as a booking intermediary. Final services are provided by third-party suppliers.
